This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices for a comfortable stay. The staff are friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with fresh towels and basic amenities provided. The big, full-sized beds ensure a good night's sleep, and the breakfast included in the package is a great perk, especially for vegetarians, with a variety of options available.
All was well, nothing to complain about.

Yellow cab pizza, where you can eat, is an easy walk to the hotel. Good service offered. Lagutan Beach and other tourist spots were near to this venue...

Our room was very good and met all requests. A huge variety restaurants to eat close by, like Cafe Maruja that was only 5 minutes' walk away. The best white beach we've seen during our trips so far

This hotel is conveniently located a short tricycle ride away from DMall, central to the main street and the beach. the dining area and reception are clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was delicious with several menu options to choose from. the room had a comfortable bed and the bathroom had hot water and a nice shower. the pool was decent and a nice temperature.
Noise from the road can be heard in the rooms at times.

Erm...sorry no positive points. Basic hotel
Had to change rooms after only 4 hours. Very noisy next to road and no safe in room. Alternative room was still noisy being so close to road closeby. Would I recommend....as a no frills, ok, anything else: no. don't know about other reviews. no way in my puff was it a deluxe double room!

The room itself was nice although looked a little run down. The property has not been well maintained but... if this hotel had been built as a beach front hotel and nicely maintained it would have been great.
"Super Deluxe" room. On the 3rd floor (no elevator). The roof is falling apart and all night it made noise as the exposed metal vibrated in the wind (like taking a saw blade and wiggling it). The property is not well maintained. In addition the location is horrible on main street. You get no peace and quiet with all the motorcycles. Breakfast is outside and you just smell motorcycle exhaust. I canceled the remainder of my stay. The staff was not helpful and couldn't answer even simple questions like where to get a drink. My advice is to avoid this place. If you are desperate to find a place at last minute, just book for one night and then walk around to look for another place. There are plenty of better options!

Great place, friendly staff, free transfers, and delicious breakfast. The room was comfortable and had modern facilities such as air conditioning, TV, and a safety deposit box. The hotel's location was convenient, and it only took a couple of minutes to get to the nearby market and beach.
There was a bit of noise from the street, and the pool was small. However, it was still clean and refreshing to swim in.

The staff. They were always helpful and would work hard to maintain a focus on guest services.
During our stay construction across the street was noisy and a distraction. We had to request a room at the rear of the property to distance ourselves from the street.

The location was superb and accessible, near budget mart and with a road to Station 3. The pool area was great, and my room was conveniently located near it. Friendly staff, good amenities like bathrobe and cable TV. Comfortable bed and working air conditioning.
Nothing, all was good.

We also appreciated the courteous and friendly hotel staff. the hotel is located in a strategic point, close to some shops and restaurants.
The hotel was not as clean as expected, and the room needed better attention from housekeeping. the breakfast served was not very satisfying and limited in options.
